Vacation Bible School

Autopilot, checklist, clearance, crosswind, en route, holding pattern, takeoff, turbulence, visibility – such words fill the world of aviation. This year our Vacation Bible School theme is Amazing Wonders Aviation: Encountering God’s Awesome Power. Each day the kids will worship, enjoy crafts, be challenged through recreation, and make a joyful noise (sing) at the Matterhorn (more details coming). But the most important part of VBS will be exploring God’s unlimited power – over nature, over circumstances, over sin, over death and over our lives. Our Motto for the week is “Awesome God! Amazing Power!”

9 a.m. - Noon

Wacky Wednesday

Every Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, from 06/06/2012 to 08/23/2012

Who: Preschool, kids 3-K & Children, 1-6 grade

What:  Wacky Fun Games, Wacky Summer Friends, Wacky Bible Learning

When: June 6 through August 22 (July 4 Excluded)

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Where: Oak View Baptist Church Fellowship Hall (by the playground)

Parents beware that your child’s participation in this event may lead to damp clothing, dirty hands, and hearts full of the Good News of God’s truth from the book of Luke.
