Debuting Fall 2010: Oak View's Instrumental Worship Ministry!

Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, praise him with tambourine and dancing, praise him with the strings and flute, praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals. (Psalm 150:3-5)

Throughout the Bible, there are numerous examples of the use of instruments in the worship of God. In the passage above, the psalmist declared that the Lord should be praised using all kinds of instruments. Beginning in the fall of 2010, Oak View will begin an instrumental worship ministry that will add an exciting new element to our Sunday worship services. We are now looking for dedicated musicians whom God has gifted in the area of instrumental music.
