We understand your unique needs, challenges and joys in this vital season of early mothering. Our Irving MOPS group is all about giving moms of infants through five year-olds the adult fellowship, friendship, and support needed when parenting the newest generation.
It is an intense time in parenting, filled with unique joys, frustrations and often loneliness. It takes a village to raise a child but in our society today moms are often isolated and left to parent all alone. We support each other to be the best moms we can be. You will be welcomed in our MOPS group just as you are!
At our interdenominational MOPS group you will have a chance to socialize with other moms, eat a delicious brunch, listen to inspiring speakers, have discussion time and participate in creative activities.
This year we are also inviting mothers of older children (kindergarten through high school) to join us for our monthly meetings! As mothers enter the school years, new challenges and issues arise, but the need for community and hope remains. For this reason we offer MOMSnext, a ministry to mothers of school-age kids. A MOMSnext group is an open, accepting place for all mothers of school-age kids to experience authentic community, personal growth, practical help and spiritual hope.
