 FAITH FOR THE FUTURE

  Oak view

God is at work in our church! Just this past Sunday, we had the awesome opportunity to hear stories of how God is working in and through our church. Just this past spring we celebrated our 60th anniversary, remembering how God has used us in the past and being encouraged to dream about how He might use us in the future.

This fall we will be beginning a new and exciting chapter in the life of our church. We know that now is not the time to rest on our laurels while being content with what is past, but that now is the time to charge boldly into the future with faith that God has greater things in store for Oak View than we can possibly imagine!

With this in mind, we are proud to announce the result of over two years of planning, prayer, and renewed passion for reaching people. This September, we will begin our capital campaign entitled “Faith for the Future.”

We desire that this campaign will not simply have as its end goal just new buildings, Tooley family for articleparking, and remodeled facilities, but that it would result in exponential Spiritual growth for each and every member of the Oak View family. These kinds of endeavors cannot be achieved through our own power, but must be bathed in prayer, planned in faith, and achieved in wisdom. Our prayer for Oak View is that God would grow us in faith as we look to the future.

Look at the nations and watch—and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told. Habakkuk 1:5.
