I hope that anyone who comes to the web site would sense that Oak View exists to connect people to Christ and His life-changing love. I’d like the web site to be a tool for helping everyone take their next step in their relationship with Christ and with other Christ followers.
I dream that our church will become an unstoppable force for the cause of Christ in our community and around the world. I dream of a church of influence, one that impacts each generation to live a life radically committed to Christ and to reaching those without Him.

"For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain." Philippians 1:21
My response to hearing my grandfather share the gospel of Jesus Christ was faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ, faith that is naturally accompanied by biblical repentance from sin and evidenced by kingdom service. The next step as a disciple of Jesus Christ was following Him in obedience through baptism at Jersey Village Baptist Church.
I am extremely thankful to the Lord for this opportunity to partner with you in God's redemptive mission in the world. As the primary faith trainer for your children and family you have an enormous responsibility to lead and teach the truths of God in your home, but you are not alone. God is with you. He is with us. We are in this together. We are dedicated to equipping encouraging, and networking parents in partnership with the local church, so that they can nurture the spiritual growth of their children to the glory of God.
My desire is for God to be glorified through lives transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
