We welcome children Birth to 5th grade to a safe, Christ-centered atmosphere with experienced and passionate teachers. Whether you are new to Oak View, parents for the first time, or seeking to find a spot for your grandchildren or other kids in your life, we have a place for you in Oak View’s Kids Ministry. Our desire is to partner with you as you guide your child's spiritual development.

Oak View Kids
The Kid’s Ministry at Oak View Baptist Church exists to provide a loving, nurturing, and safe environment in which to teach our children the importance of a personal relationship with our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Kids from birth through preschool will be in the Preschool Building and Kids in Kindergarten through 5th Grade are in the Story-Ward Children’s Building.

Curriculum
At Oak View Kids we use Lifeway Curriculums in our groups.
Gospel Project for Kids (Sunday Morning) is a Christ-centered, chronological Bible Study. Oak View uses the Gospel Project for all the Next Gen Ministries; this allows families to connect on what each other are learning in their small groups and helps as kids move from one ministry to the next as they grow.
Hyfi (Wednesday Nights) teaches the truth of scripture in a way that helps kids understand their true identity in Christ through 12 biblical truths.
Childcare Reservations
Oak View Kids will provide Childcare for specific Church Events for kids from Birth - 5th Grade. In order to provide the best environment for your child and our leaders, reservations are required a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of the event (for example if the event starts at 6:00 on Sunday Evening the Reservation Form must be completed by 6:00pm on the Friday evening prior.
For your convenience the dates for childcare are added to this form as early as possible so you can fill out the form when you are first made aware of the events.
